Placement of embroidered items is measured while the garment is worn. Placement recommendations can be adjusted in consultation with our production team.

Our Embroidery Process

  1. Choose Your Design
    It all starts with your logo or artwork — the idea you want brought to life in thread.
  2. Digitising the Design
    Your artwork is carefully converted into a digital stitch file — a process called digitising. This tells the embroidery machine exactly how to stitch your design, colour by colour.
  3. Thread Setup & Sampling
    The right thread colours are loaded, and a test sample is stitched to check colour accuracy and quality before production begins.
  4. Embroidery
    Each garment is framed (or “hooped”) by hand and embroidered according to the digital file — creating your design in fine detail.
  5. Finishing Touches
    After embroidery, garments are unhooped, trimmed, and cleaned to remove any excess threads.
  6. Packaging & Delivery
    Once everything is checked and finished, your order is neatly packaged and ready for collection or delivery.
